These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the GoToFethiye website and requesting private airport transfer services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the GoToFethiye website and to private airport transfer requests made through our website, WhatsApp, email, telephone or any other communication channel.

By using our website, requesting a quotation or confirming a transfer booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Business Information

GoToFethiye is operated from Belgium and helps international visitors arrange private airport transfers in Turkey through selected local transportation partners and service providers.

3. Our Service

GoToFethiye provides booking assistance and customer support for private airport transfer services from Dalaman Airport to destinations such as Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Göcek, Kaş, Kalkan, Marmaris and nearby areas.

Transfers may be operated by selected local transportation partners in Turkey. GoToFethiye coordinates the booking process, customer communication and transfer arrangement.

4. Booking Requests

A booking request can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, telephone or other communication channels.

A transfer is only considered confirmed after written confirmation has been provided by GoToFethiye.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Arrival date and time
  • Flight number, if available
  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off address
  • Number of passengers
  • Luggage amount
  • Child seat requests, if needed

5. Prices And Payments

Prices are provided before booking confirmation.

Transfer prices may vary depending on route, date, season, number of passengers, vehicle type, luggage requirements, waiting time and additional requests.

Once a booking is confirmed, the quoted price remains fixed unless the customer changes the booking details.

If online payment options are available, payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Mollie, PayPal or similar services.

GoToFethiye does not store complete credit card details on its own servers.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure that all booking details are correct.

GoToFethiye is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including incorrect flight numbers, wrong pickup times, wrong hotel names or wrong destination addresses.

The customer is responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time.

7. Flight Delays And Arrival Changes

If a valid flight number is provided, GoToFethiye or the assigned transfer partner may monitor flight arrival information where reasonably possible.

Flight delays do not automatically cancel a transfer. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup time according to flight arrival information.

In case of major delays, flight cancellations, airport disruption or other unexpected events, the transfer may need to be rearranged depending on vehicle and driver availability.

8. Waiting Time

Reasonable waiting time is usually included for airport arrivals.

Excessive waiting time caused by missing information, failure to communicate, customs delays, lost luggage or customer delay may result in additional charges or cancellation of the transfer.

9. Vehicle Allocation

Vehicle images shown on the website are for general illustration purposes.

The exact vehicle model may vary depending on availability. A similar or suitable vehicle may be assigned for the confirmed passenger and luggage requirements.

10. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

11. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location, cannot be contacted within a reasonable period or leaves the pickup area without informing GoToFethiye or the assigned transfer partner.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

12. Changes To A Booking

Customers may request changes to a booking, such as pickup time, destination, passenger count or luggage details.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

A change is only confirmed when written confirmation has been provided by GoToFethiye.

13. Child Seats

Child seats may be requested before booking confirmation.

Availability of child seats may depend on vehicle and transfer partner availability.

Customers are responsible for informing us in advance if a child seat is required.

14. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers, staff and vehicles.

GoToFethiye or the assigned transfer partner may refuse or terminate a transfer if a passenger behaves aggressively, dangerously, unlawfully or in a way that may damage the vehicle or affect safety.

In such cases, no refund may be provided.

15. Luggage

Customers must provide accurate luggage information when making a booking.

GoToFethiye is not responsible if the selected vehicle is unsuitable because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete luggage information.

Extra or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle and may result in additional charges.

16. Delays, Traffic And Force Majeure

GoToFethiye and its transfer partners are not responsible for delays, losses or missed connections caused by events outside reasonable control.

Such events may include:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Bad weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Airport disruptions
  • Flight disruptions
  • Police or government actions
  • Unexpected vehicle breakdowns
  • Force majeure events

17. Liability

GoToFethiye aims to provide reliable transfer booking assistance and customer support.

However, GoToFethiye is not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, missed hotel reservations, lost business, emotional distress, consequential damages or losses caused by events outside reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoToFethiye’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant transfer booking.

18. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date.

However, prices, routes, availability, vehicle information and service details may change without prior notice.

19. Privacy And Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

By requesting a transfer, you agree that necessary booking information may be shared with local transportation partners in Turkey for the purpose of providing the transfer service.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in another jurisdiction apply.

21. Changes To These Terms

GoToFethiye may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
