Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, no-shows and booking changes are handled for GoToFethiye private airport transfer bookings.

1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to private airport transfer bookings arranged through GoToFethiye.
By confirming a booking with GoToFethiye, you agree to this policy.
2. Business Information
GoToFethiye is operated from Belgium and helps international visitors arrange private airport transfers in Turkey through selected local transportation partners.

3. Free Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel a confirmed transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours before pickup, the customer may be eligible for a full refund, unless a different written agreement has been made.
4. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a full refund.
This is because the vehicle, driver and local transportation partner may already have been reserved for the transfer.
In some cases, partial refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of GoToFethiye and the assigned transfer partner.
5. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when the customer:
- Does not appear at the agreed pickup location
- Cannot be contacted within a reasonable time
- Leaves the pickup area without informing GoToFethiye or the assigned transfer partner
- Provides incorrect pickup details and cannot be found
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
6. Flight Delays
If the customer provides a valid flight number, GoToFethiye or the assigned transfer partner may monitor the flight arrival time where reasonably possible.
Flight delays do not automatically cancel a transfer.
We will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time according to the updated flight arrival information.
However, in cases of very long delays, airport disruption, communication failure or driver availability issues, the transfer may need to be rearranged.
7. Flight Cancellations
If your flight is cancelled, you must inform GoToFethiye as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your transfer depending on availability.
Refund eligibility for flight cancellations may depend on:
- When GoToFethiye was informed
- Whether the vehicle and driver had already been assigned
- Whether costs had already been incurred
- Whether an alternative transfer can be arranged
8. Booking Changes
Customers may request changes to a confirmed booking, including:
- Pickup time
- Flight number
- Destination address
- Passenger count
- Luggage amount
- Return transfer details
Changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by GoToFethiye.
Additional charges may apply if the change affects the route, vehicle size, waiting time, driver schedule or service cost.
9. Service Failure
If a confirmed transfer cannot be provided due to an error by GoToFethiye or the assigned transfer partner, the customer may be offered:
- An alternative transfer arrangement, or
- A full refund for the affected transfer
This does not apply to cases caused by incorrect customer information, no-shows, force majeure events or circumstances outside reasonable control.
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
Typical processing times may be:
- Card payments: 5–10 business days
- Bank transfers: 3–10 business days
- Other payment methods: depending on the provider
GoToFethiye is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers or third-party payment providers.
11. Payment Provider Fees
In some cases, payment providers may charge processing or transaction fees.
If such fees are non-refundable by the payment provider, the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly.
12. Force Majeure
GoToFethiye and its transfer partners are not responsible for cancellations, delays or service disruption caused by events outside reasonable control.
These events may include:
- Extreme weather
- Natural disasters
- Road closures
- Traffic accidents
- Airport closures
- Flight disruptions
- Government actions
- Police or security restrictions
- War, civil unrest or emergency situations
- Other force majeure events
In such cases, GoToFethiye will try to offer a reasonable alternative where possible, but a full refund cannot always be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, booking change or refund, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Booking date
- Pickup date and time
- Route or destination
- Reason for cancellation or refund request
- Payment confirmation, if available
